From 8 to 11 April 2019 we had the pleasure of being present at the Gourmets Show in Madrid. Together with our delegation from Madrid, we made known and tasted our bread specialities in a professional atmosphere both nationally and internationally. After 33 editions, it continues to be one of the most prestigious fairs at European level, attended every year by important companies in the world of hospitality, restaurants, food distribution, catering, distributors, etc..
A BAKERY-STYLE STAND
This year, with MERCAMADRID's help, we designed the stand in a classic style reminiscent of the most purist bakeries in which the white colour of the walls played an important role in contrast to the baskets of the bread, the wooden boxes and the photos that gave Basque origin to our stand.
ABOUT SALON GOURMETS
It is the International Food and Beverages Quality Fair, leader in high-end products and one of the most prestigious of its kind in the world. With a trajectory of 32 consecutive editions, growing numbers and a clearly commercial spirit, this professional fair is addressed to the national and international visitor; to the hotel trade, restoration, agroalimentary distribution, catering, specialized trade, etc.
Since its foundation in 1987, the fair has advocated for quality food and drinks, bringing together every year the best in the sector. This edition of the Gourmets Exhibition closed its doors with expectations exceeded: 2,023 exhibitors (+26% vs 2018), 57,000 products and 107,050 professional visitors, which is 18.7% more than in the previous edition and the largest number of visitors in history.
