Okin at Adegi’s New Culturers Gunea 2025

On November 6th, we took part in the New Culturers Gunea 2025 organized by Adegi at Fabrika, representing the Okin Food Group together with our colleagues from Urkabe-Benetan and Ameztoi.

The event brought together more than 700 young people and 20 companies that apply the New Corporate Culture, a model based on trust, participation, and transparent communication.

At Okin, we had the opportunity to share how we experience this culture in our day-to-day work and to connect with students interested in joining organizations with a clear purpose and shared values.
