OKIN at SIRHA LYON 2021

A EDITION MAKING HISTORY 


After 5 days eagerly awaited by the industry, on Monday 27th September, the 20th Sirha Lyon closed its doors. An edition that marked the recovery and held its promises for all players in the Food Service sector.


2,116 exhibitors and brands and 149,100 professionals contributed to the success of the Sirha Lyon 2021. Their determination and constructive exchanges contributed to create an environment conducive to business, featuring more than 350 new products and innovations, supporting the return to growth of the whole food industry.

 

Event highlights: presence of the President of the French Republic for the first time in the history of the trade exhibition,  and the victory of Davy Tissot representing France in the Bocuse d’Or.
